Foredom PowerGraver Handpiece, H.9D, (US fitting Type) (Supplied from Foredom USA)

The H.9D handpiece with palm rest works and feels like a hand engraving tool with the added advantages of greater control and the ability to adjust the impact force. It is a collet type handpiece with a special quick disconnect that fits ONLY the M.PGX PowerGraver motor sheath. The H.9D comes with 1/16″, 3/32″, 1/8″ and 3mm collets and has impact adjusting ring that changes the impact force.

 

The H.9D handpiece will NOT connect to a standard key tip shaft.

Foredom’s Chisel Handpiece is for carving in all types of wood, plastic, plaster, and soft carving stone. It connects to a key tip quick disconnect flexible shaft which can be powered by an M.SR, M.TX, M.LX flex shaft motor, or another motor that can power a key tip quick disconnect flexible shaft (a Flexade can also be used!). Itis a reciprocating ‘hammer’ type handpiece that requires light pressure to start the hammering chisel action. It has a stroke length of 1/8″ (3.2mm). It has a rugged textured plastic barrel & tapered aluminum front end.
MUST BE USED IN FORWARD MOTOR DIRECTION ONLY – if you use a motor that can go in reverse.
TIP: We recommend using this handpiece with Series TX and LX or Series SR motors in forward rotation only.

For optimum performance use between 1,000 – 8,000 RPM.
TIP: We also recommend using a dial speed control, in place of a foot pedal, to run steady within the recommended lower end of the speed range. Carvers can set and maintain any desired speed when connected to a dial control. See Kits K.EM-50 and K.EMX-50.

Foredom Handpiece, H.20, Quick Change, Slip Joint (Australian fitting US Type) (Supplied from Foredom USA)

The H.20 is for use ONLY with 3/32″ (2.35mm) shank burs. A lever action on the handpiece body is all that is required to change accessories. It has a molded plastic front grip with tapered sides for easy and close handling, plus pre-lubricated ball bearings that do not require additional lubrication. The collet in this handpiece can be replaced and/or adjusted if the hold on a bur shank is not secure. Watch the video for instructions on making collet adjustments.
5-5/8″ long, 1-1/8″ dia. (center), 3/8″ dia. (front taper), wt. 4 oz., ship wt. 4.75 oz.

H.20 is a standard key tip handpiece.
